Overview

SkySync DryvIQ includes an embedded version of Fiddler called FiddlerCore that allows for the gathering of Fiddler traces for investigating issues. The Trace Capture feature allows you to turn on FiddlerCore to gather the required information needed to provide to SkySync DryvIQ Professional Service or Customer Support when attempting to troubleshoot problems with SkySync DryvIQ jobs. The Fiddler traces will be captured in the SkySync DryvIQ job logs located in C:\ProgramData\SkySync\v4\Logs.
