Reset options control how DryvIQ will reevaluate tracking state or permission propagation on the next job execution. Executing a reset sets the corresponding flags in the database. The job must be executed in order for the change to take effect.
You should save a copy of all log files before performing a reset. |
Select Jobs from the menu on the left side of the page.
Select the job(s) you want to reset. A blue check mark identifies jobs you selected.
Select More Options.
Select Reset job(s).
Select the reset type you want to use.
If you want to reset and run the job, select Run the selected job(s) now.
Select Done.
While viewing the reports for an individual job,
Select More Options.
Select Reset job.
Select the reset type you want to use.
If you want to reset and run the job, select Run the selected job(s) now.
Select Done.
