My user mapping settings are missing after changing the connector in the job

Behavior: The User mapping settings are lost when the connector is changed in a user drive mapping job.

Reason: It is not advised to change the connector of an active job as it will result in issues with the job.

Resolution: If a connector change is needed for an active User Drive Mapping job:

1) Export the user mapping located within the Advanced settings of the "Map User Accounts" section.

2) Pause the current job.

3) Create a new User Drive mapping job with the desired connector.

4) Import the exported user account mapping from the prior job.

5) Start the new User Drive mapping job and confirm that the correct child accounts are created.

6) Start the now unnecessary old user drive mapping job.
