Cannot open database "SkySync" requested by the login

Error: When attempting to open SkySync the following error occurs 

Cannot open database "name of SQL database" requested by the login 

The login failed

Login failed for user 'SQL Login ID'

The applicaion will now terminate

Reason: This error occurs when SkySync is unable to access the SQL database that it was associated with when the program was initially installed. This could be due to several reasons, for example the login was deleted, the password for the login was changed, the Database was deleted, the login no longer has permissions on the database, etc.

Resolution: The SQL database named in the error will need to be accessed. The user named in the error should then be checked to see if the password, or permissions where changed. The Database user and password are also available in the "connections.config" file found by default in by following the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\SkySync". The user and password associated with the SQL database will need to match the information found in the connections.config file, after which the SkySync Service will need to be restarted. Once they match and the service has been restarted you should be able to log into SkySync without issue
