Connector: Dropbox for Business

Both Drop Box and Drop Box for business utilize chunked uploading for files over 150MB

Restrictions

1. Dropbox for business is currently unable to support the character combination of: %$ in that order. If a file or path name has that combination, you will receive a "The Remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request" error message and the file will fail to transfer.

2. Maximum file upload size of 4GB. Anything above this will result in an error,  'Content-Type' does not support multiple values. This issue will be addressed in the next version of SkySync

3.  Currently the only restricted characters in Dropbox for Business are the slashes / \

4. Files that have versions in DfB and are moved to a new folder with-in DfB,  when doing a transfer, will only transfer the last version before the move and any version after the move in SkySync. All other previous versions will not be transferred.

Creating a Connection

Creating a connection in Dropbox for Business requires authentication through a web browser.

Pressing allow will provide an authorization code that can be copy and pasted into the space provided by SkySync.
