Restrictions

1. Restricted characters in file/folder name include " +<>:\"/\\|?*"

2. WebDav does not allow non-printable ASCII characters.

3. The max total length of a pathname(including file name) is 255 characters

4. Custom file extensions cannot begin with the # character.

5. Spaces are restricted in file names.

Connector Creation Setting

1. You will need to enter in your WebDav address, username, password.

Known Issues

Due to the fact that WebDAV is not a very detailed specification and many vendors have taken the liberty to implement features differently, we have only tested on a few WebDAV servers. Other implementations may work but we haven't tested on them.

We have tested and support the following WebDAV servers:

• Microsoft Windows Server WebDAV

• OpenText.com WebDAV interface
