It is possible to create multiple connectors of the same type in Skysync. For example multiple Network File Share connectors can be created for different folders, even if they have overlapping child folders within them. Additionally it is possible to create a looping job by using two connectors with overlapping folder structures to create a job with the same folder as both the destination and the source. It should be kept in mind that Skysync will not provide an error if this type of job is created and it is your responsibility to prevent this from occurring.
