Restrictions

1. Maximum file-size: 15GB

2. Maximum file-name path length: 400 characters

3. Restricted characters in file/folder name include "¦|#{}%&\t\"“”~+\\/:*?<>"

4. Invalid folder names: _t, _w

5. Maximum number of files per folder 5000

6. OneDrive for Business does not allow the following

  • Two consecutive periods

  • Leading or trailing periods

  • Leading or trailing white space

  • Non-printable ASCII characters

7. Restricted characters in Enterprise Keywords include <>

8. Maximum length of Enterprise Keyword is 255 characters

Connector Creation Settings

1. You will need to input your username, password, and OneDrive for Business site URL.  

The URL for OneDrive for Business will usually end with /personal/<Some sort of username text here>

Known issues

1. There is a known issue where doing a User Drive Mapping, when a User is created, and before it is provisioned, if the master jobs run, you will get a "Unknown type of content returned:'xxx'" error.  In order to fix this you will need to make sure the user is provisioned, delete the child job with the user, and then reset the master job and run it again.  It will create a new job with the correct information so the issue no longer occurs.
